Scalp micropigmentation, explained.
Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) uses tiny deposits of pigment to create the appearance of closely shaved hair or greater density. It can define a hairline, disguise thinning areas and soften the appearance of scalp scars. SMP changes the appearance of hair loss; it does not grow new hair.

A look designed around you.
At SMP BY G in Clyde North, Melbourne, qualified SMP artist Georges Shokry helps you explore a defined hairline, fuller-looking hair or scalp scar camouflage. Our registered business, established in 2021, has two treatment rooms.
We use Bishop-brand pigments and sterile, single-use needles. Shade selection follows the Bishop pigment colour chart and is adapted to your skin type and existing hair colour. Equipment barriers are changed between clients, and treatment surfaces are cleaned and disinfected.
Your free consultation covers suitability, design, your session plan and written aftercare. See starting prices per session. Walk-ins are welcome, with appointments subject to availability. Contact 0449 104 737 or info@melbournesmp.com.au. Read our SMP blog.
